ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.
Orders placed before 1pm whithin official business days in Germany will be shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be shipped the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated for you during checkout based on the package destination and weight.
Normally you will receive your shipment within the deadlines listed above. Please note that sometimes your delivery may take longer than a delivery service promises and it is not in our power to speed up delivery. Therefore, the declaration of loss of a shipment will only be accepted after the deadlines listed below have expired since the day of shipment:

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Our company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.
